Thank you for your interest in joining IPTAY Collegiate Club! We have provided multiple avenues to make joining quick and easy in this virtual environment. Choose from the options below to find the method best for you!

2. Visit us at your orientation session
3. Call our office at (864) 656-9489. We are open Monday-Friday 8 AM-4:30 PM
4. Print and fill out this form and mail it to the enclosed address
5. Stop by the IPTAY Center Monday-Friday 8 AM-4:30 PM
