IPTAY 2025 Year In Review

IPTAY Closes One of Greatest Years on Record
IPTAY officially concluded its 2025 fiscal year on June 30th, marking another historic year for the organization. In a time of unprecedented change within collegiate athletics, over 22,000 loyal IPTAY members generously answered the call in support of Clemson student-athletes and their respective programs, further solidifying Clemson’s place amongst the top college athletic programs in the country.
The IPTAY Annual Fund saw its highest contribution total in the organization’s 91-year history, surpassing $45.3M in total contributions from 22,268 members of the Clemson Family. Also including major gifts ($27.8M), premium seating ($9.3M), and planned gifts ($5.6M), the One-IPTAY enterprise achieved a cumulative total of $88.09M used to support Tiger student-athletes, scholarships, athletic facilities, strength & conditioning, nutrition, academic services, mental health & wellness, Tiger Band, spirit squad, and mascots.
“As the IPTAY 2025 year has ended, I am incredibly grateful to the 22,268 IPTAY donors who supported IPTAY’s mission and allowed us to achieve one of the greatest years on record. On behalf of Clemson Athletics, the IPTAY team, and the IPTAY Board of Directors, thank you to each member for what you do,” said IPTAY CEO Davis Babb.
“Without each of these contributions, the success of Clemson student-athletes would not be possible. IPTAY members continue to answer the call, even as college athletics changes. I am proud of how IPTAY has adapted to meet the needs of each student-athlete we support and provide a world-class academic and athletic experience. As IPTAY continues to grow and support Clemson Athletics’ evolving priorities, our mission will remain at the heart of everything we do. Again, thank you to everyone who contributed this last year for their generosity. I hope we can count on you to join the team again in the IPTAY 2026 year.”
In addition to a successful financial year, IPTAY and Clemson Athletics officially opened the brand new Watt Family Performance & Wellness Center. Made possible by the Cornerstone Gifts from the families of Steven & Pam and Michael & Kimberly Watt, the state-of-the-art training facility now plays home to 16 of Clemson’s varsity sports with new spaces for strength & conditioning, recovery therapy, sports medicine, nutrition, and a full-service kitchen and dining bistro. As Clemson continues to embark on the new era of college athletics, the IPTAY operation remains rooted in its original mission – to support Clemson student-athletes on the field, in the classroom, and in life. It is because of the more than 22,000 loyal and dedicated members that IPTAY is able to help provide an elite student-athlete experience to all men and women who wear the Paw, fueling championship success both in and out of athletic competition. The momentum behind Clemson Athletics has never been stronger, and IPTAY thanks its members for the large part they play in it all.
