IPTAY 2026 Year In Review
IPTAY Closes Impactful 2026 Fiscal Year
Clemson, S.C. – IPTAY concluded its 2026 fiscal year on June 30, 2026, marking an end to another impactful year in support of Clemson student-athletes.
Thanks to the continued support of thousands of loyal IPTAY members, the “One-IPTAY” Enterprise generated a grand total of $86.48M in cumulative donations across the IPTAY 2026 fiscal year. In a time of increased demand across the collegiate athletics landscape, this total provided Clemson with the crucial resources needed to fund scholarships, athletic facilities, strength & conditioning, nutrition, academic services, mental health & wellness, Tiger Band, spirit squad, and mascots.
The IPTAY Annual Fund achieved another extraordinary year, further affirming its place as one of the most robust and renowned annual giving programs in all of college athletics. The Annual Fund saw a total of $45.22M this fiscal year contributed from 21,323 total donors. These incredible numbers make evident the power and dedication of the Clemson Family in support of Tiger student-athletes on and off the field of competition.
Across the entire “One-IPTAY” enterprise, contribution totals continued to reach high marks and break all-time records. IPTAY Premium Seating achieved $9.56M in contributions, the most in its history. Major Gifts saw a total of $26.86M in donations, and Planned Giving accumulated $4.84M in contributions.
IPTAY celebrated its 29th Cornerstone Partner, Deb Conklin, and her $5M One-Clemson Cornerstone Gift. In recognition of her generosity and dedication to Clemson, the Clemson Lacrosse Complex was formally re-named ‘Conklin Field’ in March.
The IPTAY 2026 year also marked a year of transition for the IPTAY organization, with longtime Chief Executive Officer Davis Babb announcing his retirement. Babb officially retired at the end of the fiscal year on June 30 after 13 influential years as CEO.
“As my time as IPTAY CEO has come to a close with this fiscal year, I am filled with the upmost gratitude and appreciation for all of the loyal IPTAY members who have helped build our organization into what it is today” Davis said.
“The impact IPTAY has on Clemson student-athletes each year would not be possible without the generosity of our members. I am incredibly proud of what the organization accomplished throughout my final year as CEO, and I firmly believe IPTAY is primed for sustained success for many years to come.”
Travis Furbee, former Senior Associate Director of IPTAY, has now assumed the role of IPTAY’s second Chief Executive Officer effective July 1, 2026. Travis brings 20 years of experience in the IPTAY office to the CEO chair, providing the organization with a steady and proven leader to guide the enterprise through its next phase.
“I am truly honored with the opportunity to step into this new role as IPTAY’s next Chief Executive Officer” said Furbee. “I want to first thank Davis Babb for his incredible leadership of the organization over the past 13 years. His transformational impact will forever be felt by the Clemson Family and the student-athletes who wear the Paw for generations to come.”
“Thank you to all of our IPTAY members who made a gift this past year. Our loyal members have continued to answer the call in this demanding time of collegiate athletics, and the IPTAY organization could not be more grateful for all 21,323 of you who have stepped up in support of our mission. On behalf of Clemson Athletics, the IPTAY team, and the IPTAY Board of Directors, thank you to each member for what you do. While the landscape of collegiate athletics continues to evolve, IPTAY will continue to prioritize a world class athletic and academic experience for our student-athletes. We hope that you will join us again in the IPTAY 2027 year as we continue to strive towards that mission.”
