IPTAY Welcomes Two New Additions to Hospitality Team

Clemson, SC – IPTAY has announced the hiring of two new staff members to enhance the organization’s newly designated in-house premium hospitality operation ahead of the upcoming year of athletics events.

The team currently oversees the management and operation of Clemson’s premium seating and hospitality areas at Memorial Stadium, Littlejohn Coliseum, and Doug Kingsmore Stadium. Within in each premium seating area at Clemson Athletics venues, IPTAY Hospitality aims to elevate the sports entertainment experience to its highest level and strives to provide any assistance necessary in the production and management of all game day operations. Additionally, the team manages all off season preparations and events. Joining the team are two familiar faces to Clemson: Meredith Priest and Haven Flesch.

“We are thrilled to welcome Meredith and Haven to the Premium Hospitality team,” said Savannah King, Director of Premium Hospitality and Donor Stewardship. “Both Meredith and Haven bring a strong skillset and a passion for Clemson, and will be tremendous assets to IPTAY as we continue elevating our guests’ game day experience.”

Meredith Priest was hired as the Associate Director of Premium Hospitality and Donor Stewardship after a successful stint as the Director of Operations for the Clemson Women’s Soccer program from January 2022 to June 2023. In her role with IPTAY, she will serve as the primary contact for premium seating and hospitality with basketball and gymnastics and will also assist with baseball and other events.

A native of Asheboro, North Carolina, Priest earned a bachelor’s degree in sports communication from Clemson in 2020 and furthered her education as a Tiger by achieving a master’s degree in athletic leadership in 2023.

Haven Flesch joins the team as the Assistant Director of Hospitality and Events, elevating her previous role as a student intern for IPTAY Hospitality from May 2022 to May 2023. She will support the football, basketball, baseball, and gymnastics premium seating operations while serving as the primary contact for the South suites and the Younts South Club. She will also oversee the operations of premium seating for baseball, and will manage IPTAY Hospitality’s premium seat attendants known as the Tiger Team.

Flesch is originally from Loris, South Carolina where she was born and raised a Clemson Tiger. She graduated from Clemson in 2023 and earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in management.
