IPTAY Members Invited to Join Clemson’s New Fan Council
Tiger Fans,
Thank you for being a valued IPTAY member and for your continued support of Clemson Athletics.
As one of our most engaged supporters, we’d like to invite you to take that involvement one step further by applying to join the Clemson Fan Council.
The Fan Council is a select group of Clemson supporters who provide feedback throughout the year on topics including the game day experience, communications, marketing, ticketing, partnerships, and other initiatives across Clemson Athletics. Your input can help influence decisions before they’re implemented and ensure the voices of our most dedicated fans are represented.
As a member of the Fan Council, you can expect:
- Short surveys throughout the year (typically just a few minutes to complete)
- Opportunities to provide feedback on new ideas and initiatives
- A direct way to help shape the future of the Clemson fan experience
We’re looking for passionate fans who are willing to stay engaged throughout the year and provide thoughtful, honest feedback. While participation is voluntary, we’re hoping to build a committed group that we can consistently rely on for input.
In addition, we’ve re-worked our gameday feedback process to help better inform our priorities and make us smarter. For those who attend our events, we hope you’ll continue to provide your feedback there as well.
As a thank you, Fan Council members can receive occasional exclusive opportunities and member appreciation gifts throughout the year.

As part of the application process, you will use your IPTAY number as your Fan Council ID. Please have your IPTAY number ready as you’ll be asked to enter it in the next section to help us identify your responses.

The Clemson Fan Council is a community of passionate Tiger fans who provide feedback throughout the year to help Clemson Athletics enhance the fan experience. Members participate in periodic surveys and may receive access to exclusive offers, experiences, and opportunities.
The Fan Council was created to better understand the needs and preferences of Clemson fans. Your feedback helps Clemson Athletics make informed decisions that enhance the fan experience both on game day and throughout the year.
Fan Council members will receive up to six surveys throughout the athletic year. Surveys are distributed at key points during the season to gather feedback that helps Clemson Athletics improve the fan experience and better understand the needs of Tiger fans.
Our typical survey schedule is:
· Prior to the football season
· Early in the football season
· Following the football season
· During the winter sports season
· Early in the spring sports season
· Toward the conclusion of the spring sports season
Survey timing may vary slightly from year to year based on the athletic calendar. We intentionally limit surveys to these key points during the year to gather meaningful feedback while respecting our members’ time.
Most Fan Council surveys take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Survey length may vary depending on the topic, but we strive to respect your time and only ask for feedback when it can help shape future decisions.
Fan Council surveys are designed to help Clemson Athletics better understand the needs and preferences of Tiger fans. Survey topics may include:
· Game day experience
· Communications from Clemson Athletics
· Ticketing and promotions
· Fan preferences and future initiatives
· Clemson Corporate Partnerships and sponsorships that support Clemson Athletics
No. Participation in the Clemson Fan Council is always voluntary. However, some surveys may include an exclusive offer or opportunity that is available only to members who complete that survey.
Fan Council members may receive access to exclusive offers, experiences, promotions, or other opportunities throughout the year. While select surveys may include an incentive, offers and experiences will vary throughout the year.
Yes. The purpose of the Fan Council is to gather meaningful feedback from Clemson fans that helps inform decisions across Clemson Athletics. While not every suggestion can be implemented, every response is reviewed as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the fan experience.
Yes. Your personal information will only be used by Clemson Athletics to administer the Fan Council, distribute surveys, and communicate relevant Fan Council opportunities. Your information will not be sold or shared outside of authorized Clemson Athletics communications.
Yes. Participation is completely voluntary. You may opt out of the Clemson Fan Council at any time by emailing enettla@clemson.edu.
Any fan who wants to help improve the Clemson Athletics fan experience is welcome to join the Clemson Fan Council.
