Join The Tiger Team (Hospitality)

Join The Tiger Team!
Are you passionate about serving others and being part of the excitement on Clemson Football game days? IPTAY Hospitality is looking for service-minded individuals to join our game day staff and contribute to the unforgettable game day experience in Death Valley.
Tiger Team Role
IPTAY Hospitality’s Tiger Team helps IPTAY donors and their guests have the best game day possible. The Tiger Team staff works in the suites and clubs of Memorial Stadium. These premium spaces provide food, drinks, restrooms, lounges, and more for our Tiger fans to enjoy on a Clemson Saturday in Death Valley. Our premium spaces include the Miller Family WestZone, Masters Club, Younts South Club, 1934 Club, South Suites, and North Suites. Each area is staffed with highly motivated Tiger Team members ready to serve IPTAY’s donors and their guests.
Positions Available
Positions available include suite attendants, club attendants, and locker attendants. Each position is equally important and plays a vital role in the success of helping IPTAY Hospitality elevate the premium game day experience. While these positions are located within the stadium, Tiger Team is responsible for fulfilling their game day duties and may not watch the game. This position is paid $12 an hour and is a great opportunity to learn behind the scenes of a college football game through hands-on experience.
Additional Opportunities
While all home football games are required for Tiger Team to work, there are additional work opportunities beyond a football Saturday. Those opportunities include stocking during home football weeks, ice-stocking before home games, and working in the premium spaces of Littlejohn Coliseum for men’s basketball games and gymnastic meets.
Work Expectations
- Able to work all seven home football games in Memorial Stadium: August 30th, September 6th, September 20th, October 18th, November 1st, November 8th, November 22nd, and possibly a College Football Playoff game in late December.
- Service-first mindset.
- Highly motivated and personable.
- Able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Work a minimum of 8 hours on game day.
